NYC's Hottest Restaurants are Coming to Miami

Let the good times roll! New York City-based restaurant group, Major Food Group (MFG), has recently opened its newest locations in Miami for popular eateries like Carbone, Sadelle's, Parm and more.

Rich Torrisi, Jeff Zalaznick and Mario Carbone

One of the most anticipated restaurants to open in Miami is their concept, Carbone - which first opened in the heart of Greenwich Village in 2013. Now open in Miami, this popular Italian-American eatery serves exceptional faire in a setting that is as elegant as it is comfortable and unpretentious.

Perhaps the New York Times put it best, "It is a fancy red-sauce joint as directed by Quentin Tarantino, bringing back the punch-in-the-guts thrills of a genre that everybody else sees as uncultured and a little embarrassing, while exposing the sophistication that was always lurking there. The restaurant has a technical prowess that can make you giddy and an instinct for sheer entertainment that makes a lot of other restaurants seem like earnest, unimaginative drones."

Carbone Miami is located at 49 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Visit CarboneMiami.com to view the menu.
